This hotel truly fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. the service was impeccable, with staff catering to my every whim. The privacy of the rooms was compromised with people walking in front of the windows late at night. This made us uncomfortable and worried about our safety.

Lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Science, perfect for watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve. Fantastic breakfast with a great variety of tasty food. Professional and efficient staff who quickly fixed any issues, such as a clogged sink. Convenient location near the old city, railway station, and shopping mall. Clean and comfortable rooms with amenities like an ironing table and iron.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, public transport and city center. The restaurant serves delicious dinner at a good value. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the bathroom had everything one needs. Service is helpful and breakfast buffet is superb. The swimming pool and sauna are perfect to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
The staff had some communication issues.
